本研究以六標準差的DMAIC手法來針對TFT-LCD工廠如何在預防保養中,提升其設備的穩定性與稼動率,使產品有穩定的良率與產能的提升,以未雨綢繆之精神,發展出預期的高品質水準。研究導入失效模式與效應分析(FMEA)的評估,分析出製程設備中相關失效風險的影響,並區分探討其可能發生嚴重程度的各種模式,以便能夠採取適當的預防措施,對嚴重性或關鍵性等級較高之範圍,設法防止其發生失效之機會,或降低失效可能造成的影響,並據此建立在大量生產時,失效重現的有效管制方案,來提昇製程設備之信賴性。 |
英文摘要 |
In this study, Six Sigma DMAIC approach for the TFT-LCD factory how preventive maintenance, and enhance its stability and utilization rate of equipment, the product has a stable yield and improve productivity, and in the spirit of a rainy day, the development of the expected the high quality standards. Research import failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA) assessment, analysis of process equipment - related risk of failure, and to distinguish explore the possible severity of the various modes to be able to take appropriate preventive measures, the key to the severity or higher rating range, try to prevent the failure of his chance occurrence, or reduce the impact of the failure may be caused, and accordingly set up in mass production, the failure to reproduce the effective control program, to enhance the process equipment reliability. |
