本研究有別於一般文獻，利用差額變數模式之資料包絡分析法(Slack-Based Measure Data Envelopment Analysis, SBM-DEA)，探究農會信用部經營問題。有鑑於全國農業金庫輔導並協助農會信用部事業發展之重要性，本研究一併探究全國農業金庫成立對農會信用部經營效率之影響。最後輔以陳永琦(2015)實證結果，探究SBM-DEA模型與DEA模型於經營效率衡量上之差異性。

This research considered the characteristics of Credit Departments of Farmer’s Associations in Taiwan to establish Slack-Based Measure Data Envelopment Analysis Model (SBM-DEA) for analyzing the operating efficiency of Credit Departments of Farmer’s Associations in Taiwan. Because “Agricultural Bank” plays an important role for Credit Departments of Farmer’s Associations in Taiwan, this research also analyzes the effect of establishment of the Agricultural Bank. Finally, this research compares the differences of DEA with SBM-DEA model.
