本實務應用型研究運用多種物聯網暨網際網路技術建構一「基於Bluetooth mesh及物聯網技術之災害應變輔助廣播系統」的系統雛型(prototype),整體系統由三個子系統所組成:火災偵測子系統、中控子系統及廣播子系統,並由這三個子系統綜合提供四項主要功能:平時廣播、火災偵測、逃生路徑動態演算及適地性(location-based)語音輔助逃生指引等。本研究經測試驗證了系統設計確實可行,而依此設計所開發的系統雛型亦能正確運作。本論文呈現出系統設計與雛型實作,並針對系統所採用之Bluetooth mesh的前置設定有詳盡的說明。整體而言,本研究所開發的系統具備兩項主要特色:(1).以上層標準較統一且可直接用智慧型手機設定的Bluetooth mesh取代ZigBee組建火災偵測子系統內的無線感測網路(Wireless Sensor Network, WSN);(2).火災偵測子系統所傳達的火災信號包含節點識別碼,中控子系統會據此使用演算法因應火災實際起始點及發展趨勢來動態地計算不同地點的逃生方向,並透過廣播子系統提供適地性語音廣播來輔助煙霧瀰漫、視線極差之火場各地點的逃生,作為靜態、視覺性逃生指引設施的輔助,應能更有效地提升逃生成功的機率。本研究希望能透過此系統為合作企業的產品增添附加價值,進而對合作企業拓展商機有所助益,並且在災害應變面向對社稷有所貢獻。 |

This practical research utilized technologies of the Internet of Things (IoT) to develop a Bluetooth mesh and IoT-based assistant emergency evacuation public address (PA) system, which provides four functionalities: public address, fire detection, dynamic evacuation route planning, and location-based vocal evacuation guidance. System experimental results confirmed that the system design is feasible, and the prototype of the proposed system operates correctly. This paper presents the system design and prototype implementation, along with an elaboration of the pre-configuration of the Bluetooth mesh used in this system. Overall, the system developed in this research has two main features: (1). replacing ZigBee with Bluetooth mesh for constructing the wireless sensor network (WSN) inside the system, and (2). incorporating a dynamic route planning algorithm to dynamically calculate evacuation routes according to the received knowledge of the origin of the fire as well as the fire development when receiving fire signals, while also introducing location-based vocal evacuation guidance. As an assisting supplement to static, visual evacuation instruction banners, this approach is expected to help provide more pertinent escape routes according to the location and development of fire as well as offer location-based vocal evacuation guidance in a smoky and poorly visible fire scene, thereby increasing the chances of successful evacuation. The objective of this research is to add value to the IP speaker product of the collaborating company through this system, thereby benefiting their business opportunities, and making contributions to disaster response and mitigation efforts. |
