親子依附(attachment)是存在於親子之間的情感連結;然而,發展遲緩兒與母親的互動常因其心智能力及動作反應而受限,若能對依附概念有深切的體認,將增加親子訊息的傳達及互動的機會,以促進親子依附關係的發展,進而奠定孩子發展正向的人際關係。本文除定義依附之概念,並分述親子依附之概念屬性(接近、互惠以及實行或投入)、親子依附之前因(先前的依附意識、生理與心理方面的效益、接受懷孕的事實與胎兒以及相識和熟悉),以及親子依附結果(父母技巧的統一、嬰兒的成長與發展以及建立穩固的連結),且提出親子依附的範例、實證性題材,以及依附概念於發展遲緩兒親子互動的應用。 |
英文摘要 |
Parent-infant attachment is an affectional bond between a young child and his mother. However, the interactions between developmentally delay children and their parents are limited by children's cognitive ability and motor function. If parents understand the concept of parent-infant attachment, they can assist such an attachment becomes formed and that later serves to mediate the parent-infant relationship. This paper clearly points out the definition of attachment, defining attributes (proximity, reciprocity, and commitment) and characteristics, antecedents and consequences, empirical referent, and application the concept of attachment in the relationships between developmentally delay children and their parents. |
