「母嬰連結異常」是母親對嬰兒缺乏母性感受、易怒、具有敵意和攻擊衝動、病態意念與拒絕性等現象，當母親對嬰兒缺乏正向的連結感，將對嬰兒一生的發展狀況帶來負面影響，因此，及早辨識不利之母嬰關係，是嬰兒心理衛生工作中重要的一環。本文介紹母嬰連結的概念、母嬰連結異常的現象、母嬰連結之評量、國內研究現狀，最後，由實務與研究的發展方向提出結論。在實務方面，作者認為有機會接觸到母親、嬰兒或母嬰的實務工作者都應具備對「母嬰連結異常」的敏感度，而培訓能處理「母嬰連結異常」之治療者則是相關單位應努力的目標。在研究方面，發展具有足夠品質的問卷是篩檢工作的首要任務。「產後連結問卷」在國外已應用多年，並具有建立效度的恰當方式，應具有修訂復在國內運用之價值，值得研究者加以開發。

The phenomenon of ”Mother-infant bonding disorders” characterized by ”A mother lacks maternal emotion and shows irritability, hostility, aggressive impulse, pathological anger and rejection toward her infant”. The deficit of positive bonding has lifelong impact on infant's development. Thus, the early detection of negative mother-infant relationship is important for infant mental health. The author introduces the nature of normal and abnormal mother-infant bonding, its assessment, the current investigating status in Taiwan, as well as our further direction in practice and research. In practice, the author suggests that it's crucial for the staff who might contact with infant and mother to keep the sensitivity of ”Mother-infant bonding disorders”. The training of mother-infant psychotherapist is important for the availability of intervention. In research, an adequate questionnaire is important for the early detection of ”Mother-infant bonding disorders”. Since the Postpartum Bonding Questionnaire (PBQ) has been widely applied and adequately validated in literature, the author suggests that the potential usefulness in developing a Taiwan version of PBQ.
