本研究欲瞭解幼托園所幼童之主要照顧者,對目前台灣廣泛使用並方便取得之篩檢工具-「台北學前兒童發展檢核表」-的認識程度。探討主要照顧者對「學前兒童發展檢核表」相關知識的了解程度與主要照顧者的特質對「學前兒童發展檢核表」認知差異的情形。研究進行以使用自編問卷,以非機率抽樣的方式調查雲林縣北港鎮的一所私立幼稚園學童的主要照顧者,共計112份。以描述統計分析研究資料。研究結果:主要照顧者平均年齡為35.03歲,主要照顧者的身份為母親者其國籍以台灣為最多100位(90%);教育程度以高中職畢業占52.7%為最多;職業以家管為主。有61%的研究對象聽過學前兒童發展檢核表,30%的主要照顧者填寫過學前兒童發展檢核表。在進階認知的題目中,主要照顧者表示知道的比例平均為22.08%,由此得知主要照顧者對檢核表認知的程度偏低。建議定期舉辦衛教宣導活動提升主要照顧者對學前兒童發展檢核表的初步認識。並針對「學前兒童發展檢核表」舉辦研習課程以增進主要照顧者對嬰幼兒發展的知識以及遲緩現象的認知,並依檢核表之填答,逐題說明及作結果的解釋。 |
英文摘要 |
This study intends to investigate the understanding which the main care-givers' perceive on one of the easy access of screening tools, that is, the PCDC edited by Ling-Yee Cheng. It explores the main care-givers understanding toward the PCDC and how different characters affect their perceptions on the PCDC. Method: By convenient sampling, the 112 samples were taken from one particular kindergarten with children under 6 years old. We analyze the collected data, based on the self-designed questionnaire quantitative study. Here is the brief summary of the study. The average age of the main care-givers is 35.03 years old, This study indicates that out of 90% of the maternal main care-givers are Taiwanese, which adds up to 100 individuals. 52.7% of them, 59 persons, are high school graduates, while 29.5% of them, 33 individuals, are housewives. In this study, 61% of the main care-givers, in this particular kindergarten, have heard the PCDC, and 30% of them have filled in the PCDC chart before. However, only 22.08% of them are acquainted with the subjects posed for the Advanced Investigation of the PCDC, and this indicates that there is insufficient recognition on the main care-givers toward the content of the PCDC. Based on the above study, the following suggestions are proposed. First of all, there should be scheduled promotions on public health education to improve the main care-givers' acquaintance with the Preliminary Survey of the PCDC. Secondly, the government should hold the pre-school workshops to enhance the main care-givers' understandings toward children with developmental delays, and provide professional interpretations and counsels to the participants who might have questions on the PCDC. |
