隨著經濟的快速發展，醫療品質的提升，目前人口老化的速度快速上升，骨質疏鬆症及相關骨折的問題也愈見凸顯，骨質疏鬆症是最常見的骨骼疾病，1993年世界衛生組織定義骨質疏鬆症為一種全身骨骼疾病，當骨組織動態不平衡時，會導致骨流失，最後引起骨質疏鬆症。醫療照顧人員包括在醫院工作的醫生、護理人員等，以及各長期照護相關機構（如：安養機構、身心障礙機構、長期照護機構等）中的工作人員，從過去的文獻中可以看到台灣的醫療照顧產業人員對於骨質疏鬆症的認知尚不足，此次文獻回顧希望可以瞭解其他國家的醫療照顧人員對於骨質疏鬆症認知情形，以及各國對於提升醫療照顧人員骨質疏鬆症知識提升的建議。從文獻回顧中，可以發覺骨質疏鬆症是很早就被關注的議題，但民眾、醫療照顧人員他們對於骨質疏鬆症的認知狀況都尚不足，衛生管理部門應評估醫療照顧人員之學習需求，給予護理人員、醫師、照顧人員骨質疏鬆症有關的繼續教育，提高醫療照顧人員對骨質疏鬆症的認識。

Health care quality improvement, aging population increase rapidly, osteoporosis and related fractures problems have been focused. Osteoporosis is a common skeletal disease, WHO defined osteoporosis was a systemic skeletal disease, when bone tissues do not dynamic balance, finally become osteoporosis. Health caregivers include physicians, nurses, and long term care institution caregivers. In past studies found Taiwan medical caregivers were not enough knowledge of osteoporosis. Use review past studies to know other countries medical caregivers' osteoporosis knowledge and know every countries how to upgrade medical caregivers' osteoporosis knowledge. In studies review, we can found osteoporosis is a topic which was focused in early, but people, medical caregivers didn't have enough knowledge of osteoporosis. Health administrators should evaluate medical caregivers' learning demands and give them multiple learning channels, promoting there osteoporosis knowledge.
