本研究目的為,呈現臺中市兒童發展社區資源中心的服務提供情形。研究方法有二:一是採量化研究之次級資料整理,所使用的資料為2011 至2014 年之政府統計資料;另一是質性研究之焦點團體訪談,以兒童發展社區資源中心之社工人員為訪談對象。本研究結果包含以下三項,有:首先,部分社資中心面臨需支援服務區域之教育資源不足情形,「如何適切地提供資源,進而和在地專業人員共同合作」是政府及民間單位需努力的目標。其次,服務方案及活動推展是以區域人口特質及生活為依據,從中也發現主要照顧者的照顧壓力是需受到關注。最末,社區服務推動是著眼於服務與社區重要他人的合作。本文針對家庭照顧壓力的關懷、偏遠地區專業人力及能力的精進、跨領域社區服務的推展此三方向提出建議。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study is to discover the current status of services provided by Taichung city child development community based resources centers. Secondary data analysis of quantitative research was adopted to analyze the government statistics data from 2011 to 2014. In addition, the focus group interviews of the social workers of child development community based resource centers as well carry out. This study includes the following three conclusions: First, numerous child development community resource centers face to services the remote areas with the limited of educational resources. How to provide appropriate resources, and collaborate with the local professionals is the goal for both government and the civil units. Second, service programs and activities promoted based on characteristics and life style of regional population, moreover the data also indicated the pressure of main caregiver need to take into consideration. Last, endorse community based services should aim on significant others in local communities. Recommendations include caring for family care pressure, human resource and competences of the professionals in the remote areas, and advance cross-disciplinary community based services. |
