本研究之目的在發展一個綠色學校指標系統及其評量工具。本文主要闡述這個評量工具的發展歷程及其背後的理念。本研究界定「理想的綠色學校」、發展雙向細目,作爲指標系統的工作架構,包括綠色學校的準則-參與和伙伴關係、反思和學習、生態考量;操作層面-學習情境、行政、和教學。從國內外相關文獻及實地訪視中小學的紀錄,篩選指標、設計評量工具,總共有二十八指標,每個指標一個題目,依學校環境教育的表現分成四個層次,每個層次皆有具體的操作描述,越符合綠色學校準則給予分數越高,最高分爲四分。此評量工具經過信度、效度檢驗,並經標準化過程,制成常模表。本研究發展的指標、評量工具及常模表,可供教師、學校使用,瞭解自己學校環境教育表現及與其他學校比較後之優良程度。本指標評量工具也可作爲政府推動綠色學校政策的指引。 |
英文摘要 |
This study is to develop an indicator system and evaluation instrument for green schools in Taiwan. This report is to describe the process of developing an indicator system and evaluation instrument and explain the rationale behind this process. First, the researcher defined an ideal green school. According to the ideal green school, the author identified three sets of criteria for a green school (participation & partnership, reflection & learning, and ecological consideration). She also developed three operational dimensions (learning context, administration, and teaching), consisting of twenty-eight indicators in total. Each item details the EE performance and points in the direction of good environmental education practice, with four levels of description according to the green school criteria. Tests for validity and reliability, as well as a norm referenced test, were conducted. The indicators, the evaluation instrument, and the norm reference table are useful for schools' self evaluation to understand their performance in environmental education and to serve as benchmarks for green school policy. |
