為了建立節能的環境,提倡地球資源低消耗、減少廢棄物的製造,組織提升對綠色議題的重視程度,亦增加綠建築技術的採用率。過去雖有許多研究討論與綠色技術相關的議題,但卻少有研究探討綠建築技術對組織的影響,因此,本研究基於綠色創新價值鏈與永續三重盈餘的觀點,以採用綠建築之組織為研究對象,利用結構方程模式探討綠建築技術、環境連結與組織績效之間的關係。研究發現綠建築技術與環境連結對組織績效有正向顯著的影響,環境連結在綠建築技術與組織績效間之關係扮演中介的角色。研究建議組織應提升環保意識,善盡企業社會責任,以達成永續發展的目標。

英文摘要

In order to establish energy-saving environment and advocate resource recovery and waste reduction, organizations enhance the emphasis on green issues and increase adoption rates of green building technology. Previous research has discussed the related issues of green technology. However, there are few studies focusing on the impact of the adoption of green building technology. Accordingly, this study is based on the perspectives of green innovation value chain and triple bottom line to explore the relationships between green building technology, environmental link, and organizational performance. The research sample is organizations which adopt green building. The results show that green building technology and environmental link have significantly positive influence on organizational performance. Environmental link plays a mediating role in the relationship between green building technology and organizational performance. This study suggests that organizations should enhance the consciousness of environmental conservation and manage corporate social responsibility to achieve sustainable development.
