達爾文進化論指出人類起源於古猿，在進化過程中，形體不斷演進，實現直立行走、語言及腦容量的急劇增加。本文基於這些事實，從達爾文進化論的角度對人類Arnold-Chiari畸形發生發展的病理解剖學機轉重新思考，以求對該病的發病和治療取得更深入和獨特的認識。

Darwin's evolutionism points out that human beings evolved from apes. In the process of evolution, human beings adjusted to walking upright gradually, and the brain capacity increased dramatically. Based on these facts, we reexamined the anatomy pathological mechanism of human Arnold-Chiari malformation's development, aimed at helping gain deeper and more inspiring understanding of the pathogenesis and treatment of this disease.
