目的：本研究的目的為了解在復健資源介入社區關懷據點後對老人自覺身體活動的影響以及使用的情況。方法：物理治療師於每周2次，每次約2小時訪視社區關懷據點提供復健服務，計畫持續四個月，評估方式以立意取樣的問卷進行調查，項目包括自覺的身體功能狀況與使用復健設備從事運動的頻率以及滿意度調查。結果：共得有效問卷20份可供後續分析，其中在自覺身體功能的狀況有朝向進步的趨勢，達到顯著性差異（p＜0.05），另外，在使用頻率方面，平均每周使用或出席社區據點約2次，在介入後表達滿意者比例為100%。結論：本研究支持復健服務納入社區據點，並有益於老人自覺整體的身體活動參與表現。

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of rehabilitation service at a local community care-concern center to self-aware physical health status among elderly. Methods: Single group pretest-posttest and purpose sampling design were used in this study. Twenty older dwellers rehabilitated with the service were assessed using questionnaire at beginning and the end of the study period. The physical therapists visited the center twice weekly to provide the exercise program, 2 hour per visit for 4 months. The outcomes included self-aware physical health status, participation rate and satisfaction. Results: All subjects retained for evaluation and were valid for analysis. Significant improvement was found in self-aware physical health status. On average, the subjects participated the rehabilitation service twice per week. Further subgroup analysis demonstrated that more than half of subjects participated three times per week. In addition, it was quite encouraging that a 100% satisfaction was reached after intervention. Conclusions: Our study found rehabilitation service at local community care-concern center improved physical health status of the elderly. Moreover, utility and satisfaction were sufficiently high indicating potential value for future practice.
