下背痛的運動治療是以加強核心肌群為主要治療方向,在本篇研究中主要是使用超音波影像是否可輔助治療師給予下背痛患者在做運動時的視覺回饋。介入:凡是探討利用超音波影像回饋增進軀幹深層肌群收縮和主動活化的成效文獻皆符合篩選資格。評估項目:直接或間接檢測有或無下背痛症狀的受試者在自主收縮深層軀幹肌群的成效。結論:本研究9篇文獻中,5篇皮卓量表(PEDro Scale)總分7分以上,4篇6分以下。而文獻證據等級用2011版OCEBM評分,3篇為2分、2篇2*分、4篇2**分。在本篇的研究中,利用超音波影像回饋的策略能夠增進目標核心肌群的收縮反應,但對下背痛的療效而言尚不明確。 |
英文摘要 |
Objective: The exercise protocol for low back pain is to enhance the strength of core muscles. In this research, we attempted to examine if the real-time ultrasound image provide a visual biofeedback to patients with low back pain when doing the exercises. Methods: A comprehensive literature search was performed in the Pubmed, MEDLINE, Cochrane library, PEDro, National Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations in Taiwan, and CEPS. Articles which discuss the effects of real-time ultrasound image for enhancement of core muscles contraction and activations were included. Results: There are 5 articles evaluated above grade 7, 4 articles below grade 6 in PEDro scale; the strength of evidence of the references were 2 for 3 articles, 2* for 2 articles and 2** for 4 articles according to 2011 OCEBM levels of evidence. Conclusion: The real-time ultrasound image helps healthy subjects to ensure correct core muscle contraction, but its treatment efficacy on low back pain remains unclear. |
