During the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, early intervention services were suspended due to governmental prevention strategies. The suspended early intervention services have had a tremendous impact on numerous families needing early intervention services. An interdisciplinary team of the Child Developmental Assessment & Intervention Center of Taipei City Hospital published articles and videos on Early Intervention-Related health education using social media. The publications effectively promoted parenting skills and related knowledge, improved the caregivers' health literacy, and helped them obtain useful health information, enabling children to develop and maintain familial quality of life during service shortage.
