本研究探討國軍預算籌編人員組織社會化程度與預算寬列之關係,運用相關分析及層級迴歸分析的方法,透過問卷調查方式,對曾經從事過預算籌編工作者進行研究。共發出220份問卷,有效問卷為157份,回收率為71.4%;所得資料以統計方法進行檢驗,實證結果發現,組織社會化程度之歷史、語言、政治、人物、以及工作熟練度等五個構面,分別對預算寬列存在顯著的負向影響,但組織目標與價值觀構面對預算寬列之影響並不顯著。另外,個人特徵對於國軍預算籌編人員在組織社會化程度與預算寬列的認知上,除「人物構面」外,其餘構面並無顯著差異。從實證結果得知:提升國軍預算籌編人員組織社會化程度,將有助於降低預算寬列的傾向。
