高鐵行進中無線通訊的訊號不良是目前經常遭遇到的困擾,要解決高鐵行進中訊號品質不良的問題,首先需要證明高鐵經過的區域無線網路系統中關於訊號涵蓋(coverage)、干擾(interference)、頻道阻塞(blocking)等無線通訊系統規劃(RF Planning)的問題都已消除,此時就可以確定「速度」是影響高鐵行動通訊品質的重要因素。基地台換手(hand over)及都卜勒現象(Doppler effect)是目前已知影響高鐵行車通訊品質不良的兩種原因,若只解決其中一項,高鐵通訊品質的問題仍無法改善,如果從解決速度的問題著手,則這兩項問題以及其他未知的可能影響因素,都可以因為相對速度的降低而一併消除。高鐵列車和基地台之間的「相對速度」,是解決高鐵列車速度的主要方法,待行車速度問題處理完成,將此區域中會影響高鐵行車速度基地台的參數調整鎖定後,再加入區域系統最佳化(optimization)的處理程序,改善高鐵行動通訊品質的過程才算完整。 |
英文摘要 |
The wireless communication problem is usually encountered during the travel process of Taiwan High Speed Rail. The main solution of the communication problem is first focused on RF planning including the three issues, such as coverage, interference and blocking. Once the problems of coverage, interference and blocking are eliminated, speed is verified and is the only factor which affects the quality of THSR wireless communication problem. The hand over and the Doppler effect are the two reasons that are known to influence the quality of high-speed rail traffic. If only one of the two reasons is solved, the quality of high-speed rail communication cannot yet be improved. If the solution on speed problem can be done, then these two reasons and other unknown possible factors can be removed because of the lessened speed. The "relative speed" between the high-speed train and the base station is the main solution to reduce speed. After the completion of the speed problem, the parameters which affect the high-speed rail proceeding at the base station will be fixed and adjusted, then, service area optimization is added. The improvement of system optimization will be complete. |
