台灣地區道路交通事故與門診醫療耗用、就醫特性之探討

本研究係使用交通部運輸研究所之「道路交通事故相關資料整合系統」中之資料，以90年度道路交通事故資料連結88-92年度中央健保局西醫門診治療明細檔資料。由事故當事人事故後的就醫資料中，根據國際疾病分類標準第九版(ICD-9-CM)，選擇與機動車交通事故相關診斷碼（範圍爲810-849）者，篩選出此部份人員所有的就醫資料。利用單一樣本t檢定方法檢定事故後30天西醫門診醫療耗用與中央健保局90年度西醫門診幣均就醫費用間是否有顯著差異，以及事故後多久即可回復平時之醫療耗用情形，以界定事故後短期西醫門診醫療之時間框。另外，也將探討事故發生前後就醫科別及就醫人次之差異，以了解事故後之就醫特性。本研究結果，將有助於了解事故當事人事故後短期西醫門診醫療之就醫時間框及對於醫療資源之耗用情形。

This research uses the data in ”Integrated Road Traffic Accident Data System” of IOT, linking the Road Traffic Accident Data in 2001 with NHI Outpatient Services Data ranging from 1999 to 2003, and sieve out the persons who disease diagnose ICD code between 810 and 849. One-Sample t-test adopted to examine whether there is significant difference between the medical expenses the persons in accident spent after the accident and average sieve out medical advice the expenses of 2001. If the difference is obvious, further analysis will be made to find out how many days the extra cost resulting from accident would last. In addition, the difference in the medical department that the persons in accident go to between pre-accident and post-accident is investigated. Moreover, after the accident happened, averagely when the people in accident would stop seeking medical treatment for accident injury is also analyzed. This research will know the range of short-term medical treatment and expense.
