本文病例報告為一名19歲年輕女性，因心悸、胸悶、頭暈、運動時呼吸費力而入院，經檢查證實為急性肺栓塞。我們由肺栓塞的危險因子評估，排除其他常見原因及回顧其用藥史後，探討荷爾蒙補充治療與急性肺栓塞發生之相關性。

We present a case of a 19-year-old woman, who was admitted to the hospital due to palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness, and dyspnea on exertion, and was subsequently diagnosed with acute pulmonary embolism. After the exclusion of other common causes and a review of the patient's medication history, we explored the correlation between hormone replacement therapy and acute pulmonary embolism based on the assessment of pulmonary embolism risk factors.
