本研究探討民眾的生活習慣、健檢就醫經驗與健康檢查的態度,對於影響再次參與健康檢查的意願,提供政策指導藉以提升民眾對於健康檢查服務的利用。方法:研究對象選擇參與健康檢查的民眾,以橫斷性研究的方法,採用問卷調查方式收集資料。結果:在人口結構、生活習慣與健檢就醫經驗方面的原因分析,年齡項目達顯著,表示年齡越大越願意再次參加健檢。健康檢查的態度方面的分析,以注意飲食、提升自身健康及政府宣導是影響是否下次健檢的重要因素。結論:提供基層醫療保健服務,應加強政府的宣傳健檢服務的方式,衛教民眾建立其注重飲食習慣,提升維護自身健康的動機,而達到全面提升持續接受健康檢查的目的。

英文摘要

The present study explores the willingness of the public to participate once more in physical examination influenced by the habits, check-up and treatment experiences, and attitudes towards physical examination, in order to provide guidance to increase the usage of physical examination services by the public. Methods: The study subjects are members of the public who elected to participate in physical examinations. Data were collected by cross-sectional study method using surveys. Results: Only age showed significant difference in the analysis of the demographic structure, habits, and check-up and treatment experiences. The possibility of participating in another physical examination increases as the age increase. Watching diet, improving the subjects' own health, and governmental propaganda were important factors that may affect the next physical examination in terms of the analysis on the attitudes toward physical examinations. Conclusion:When providing basic healthcare services, the promotional material used by the government for physical examination services should be strengthened to educate the public to establish their own eating habit, to elevate the motivation in maintaining their own health in order to achieve the goal of overall improvement in continuing to receive physical examinations.
