英文摘要 |
This paper investigates the relationships among social networks, strategic orientation, dynamic capabilities, and firm performance. Researchers utilize the resource-based theory and dynamic capabilities theory to create an analytical framework to examine how internal and external resources influence the development of dynamic capabilities and the enhancement of firm performance. A questionnaire survey was conducted on the top 2000 high-tech manufacturing companies in Taiwan. The results indicate positive correlations between strategic orientation and social networks with dynamic capabilities, while the relationship between dynamic capabilities and firm performance is not significant. Additionally, when considering dynamic capabilities as a mediator, the indirect impacts of strategic orientation and social networks on firm performance are also not significant. These findings suggest a lack of understanding in the high-tech industry regarding the application of dynamic capabilities, leading to unclear effects on the sustainability of companies. |
