本研究參考Fodness和Murray(1999)的「旅客資訊搜尋行爲模式」以消費者特質、風險資訊搜集策略及旅遊行爲等構面探討主題樂園客群於風險關注內容與程度之差異。文中採用二階段統計集群分析與類神經網路之SOM集群方法將553份國民旅遊有效問卷予以分群探討。客群中「高度風險關注族群」與SOM分群「高風險知覺學生族群」均著重旅遊知覺風險、高資訊搜集動機、決定性資訊的使用;「中度風險關注族群」與SOM分群「非人際資訊經驗導向族群」則均著重決策後果知覺、時間知覺、高資訊搜集能力、內部資訊的使用。研究顯示不同方法產生不同分類結果,宜加以交叉比對及詮釋以獲取可靠、實用之意義。 |
英文摘要 |
This study begins by indicating ten risk aspects which theme park tourists may care. Each tourist has his/her own personal characteristics, risk information search strategy and travel behaviors. After a questionnaire survey, this study applies statistic approaches with two-stage cluster analysis and self-organizing map of neural network analysis to analyze those 553 domestic survey samples about their concerns and recognition of travel risks. After comparison of the two analysis methods, the study concludes with some interesting findings; they include domestic theme parks tourists present different travel behavior in aspects of travel risks recognition and decision related information search strategy; and transportation risk is a universal concern. In addition, the more attention is paid upon travel risks, the wider coverage of risk will be cared by tourists. |
