本研究主要目的為透過結構方程模式進行遊客對瑜珈之旅的休閒動機、休閒涉入、休閒效益以及幸福感間因果關係之探討,經相關研究與文獻探討後透過休閒動機、休閒涉入、休閒效益以及幸福感之間建構假設模型並進行問卷設計,本研究選擇以台灣人在2020年至2022年內曾參與國內外瑜珈旅行之遊客為範圍,以Google表單以滾雪球抽樣法進行問卷調查,共得到有效問卷256份。經分析結果顯示休閒動機直接正向影響幸福感,同時亦會透過休閒涉入與休閒效益間接正向影響幸福感。根據研究結果可提供給旅行業者藉由提高遊客之休閒動機、休閒涉入、休閒效益來增加遊客的幸福感,期待遊客可透過瑜珈之旅提高生活品質。 |
英文摘要 |
The present study aims to examine the causal relationships among tourists' leisure motivation, leisure involvement, leisure benefits, and well-being derived from yoga trips, using structural equation modeling. After a review of relevant literature, a hypothetical model was constructed with leisure motivation, leisure involvement, leisure benefits, and well-being as key variables. Consequently, a questionnaire was designed and 256 valid responses were collected via snowball sampling through Google Forms, from Taiwanese tourists who had participated in domestic or international yoga trips between 2020 and 2022. The results indicate that leisure motivation has both direct and positive effects on well-being. Additionally, it demonstrates indirect influences on well-being through its positive impacts on leisure involvement and perceived benefits. Based on these findings, valuable insights can be provided to travel operators, suggesting that enhancing tourists' leisure motivation, involvement, and perceived benefits could improve their well-being. Such enhancements are expected to contribute to the overall promotion of tourists' quality of life derived from yoga trips. |
