噴墨印表機填充墨水的色彩表現探討

在台灣已經有許多人使用填充式墨水代替原廠的墨水夾，來節省在列印文件檔案時所要提花費的成本，所以本研究來探討填充墨水在經過色彩特性演繹描述模式化(Characterization)後，其色彩的表現為何，並與原廠墨水色彩的表現作比較。實驗使用EPSON CX490印表機輸出在Double A的紙張上。設定的自變項為：原廠墨水套上印表機色彩管理、填充墨水套上ICC色彩描述檔，依變項為：比較色域大小、兩種輸出條件的色差、與原稿的色差、和實際影像輸出的差異比較。而本研究探討的結果為兩種墨水在Double A紙張上的色彩所能表現的範圍相近，但輸出實際影像時，原廠墨水還是比填充墨水佳，可能是階調處理和原廠墨水印刷適性較好，網點不容易暈開的原因。

Many people in Taiwan use refillable ink instead of original equipment manufacturer ink to retrench cost as printing document. The main purpose of this study is to understand color representation on refillable ink passing through characterization of Color Management System 3C, and compared with the original equipment manufacturer ink. Researcher uses EPSON CX4900 inkjet Printer printing on Double A paper in experiment. Independent variables are original equipment manufacturer ink combining with color management system of inkjet printer and refillable ink combining with ICC profile. Dependent variables are gamut, color differences between two output condition, color differences between two output condition and original file, and comparison with image. The result of the study is original equipment manufacturer ink and refillable ink reveal similar gamut on Double A. However original equipment manufacturer ink is better than refillable ink outputting image. It may probably because of printability of original equipment manufacturer ink is better, and dot gain is smaller.
