科技時代的來臨為當代藝術發展帶來革命性的衝擊,以新科技來形塑作品內容與規模之藝術形式,已逐漸成為當代藝術創作的主流。臺灣以科技產業聞名,因此,新媒體藝術之發展與推動格外具重要性與前瞻性。相對於傳統媒介藝術,新媒體藝術創作和展演往往需要大規模的空間及科技器材,以供觀眾與藝術作品產生互動,因此主辦單位所動用的人力和物資更加龐大,合作模式也有了變化。本研究以臺灣企業組織介入新媒體藝術創作過程的「科技藝術創作發表專案」作為個案研究對象,以深度訪談法與次級資料法探討藝企雙方的合作關係。本研究經過實際訪談後, 歸納臺灣企業投入「科技藝術創作發表專案」的共同願景有三點1.整合科技企業界多方的資源,給由民間力量積極的投入與參與,對全灣新媒體藝術的發展產生正面的效益。2. 培育臺灣新媒體藝術創作人才,提供創作與發表之平台。3. 關切新媒體藝術的應用性,思考技術之研發如何與「創作」緊密結合。企業組織加入合作關係的目的主要為利他因素以及企業社會責任,並非以追求內部經濟利益為前提。而全灣新媒體藝術創作者與企業合作的願景是實現新媒體藝術創作計畫以及作品發表機會。

英文摘要

The rapid technological advancement has brought about a revolutionary change in the development of modem art. The creation of modem art whose content and scale depends upon technology has become a mainstream. Taiwan is renowned for its technology industry. Therefore, the development and promotion of new media art in Taiwan is crucial and points to a promising future. In recent years, exhibitions of new media art have been staged worldwide, creating lucrative revenues for tourism industry and boosting the product value of other industries. The discussion following the development of new media art has advanced to the level of creative industry.Compared to traditional art exhibitions, new media art exhibitions demand larger space and require hi-tech equipments in order to create interactions between spectators and artworks. Thus, the organizers need to solicit more human resources and funds, and the mode of cooperation is also undergoing some changes. In my research, I examine the involvement of Taiwanese enterprises in the creation of new media art by studying the case of ”the Techno Art Creation Project.” Adopting the theories of cooperative inter-organizational relationships, I will explore the cooperative relationship between artists and entrepreneurs through in-depth interviews as well as secondary sources.My study concludes that to facilitate the development of new media art and enhance the cooperative relationships between the business and art circles, the following points should be done. First, integrate the resources in the technology industry and encourage the private sector to actively participate in the development of new media art. Second, cultivate the creative talents in new media art in Taiwan and provide them with the platform to create and present their works. Third, more attention should be paid to the applicability of new media art. The enterprise involvement in the cooperative relationship should not be based on profit, but on altruistic motives and a sense of corporate social responsibility. It is through the cooperation between artists and entrepreneurs that more projects of new media art can be carried out and the platforms for the artists be opened up.
