本研究主要探討，2007年亞洲四強（中國、台灣、韓國、日本）男子排球挑戰賽選手，知覺教練領導行為與團隊凝聚力之差異情形。受試者為亞洲四強男子排球挑戰賽選手為研究對象，並以教練領導行為量表及團隊凝聚力為研究工具進行調查，所得資料以獨立樣本，單因子量數分析，皮爾遜相關，線性迴歸統計方式，結果發現：一、知覺教練領導行為，依序為：訓練與指導、正面回饋、民主行為、社會支持、專制行為。知覺訓練與指導喜愛顯著高於民主行為、正面回饋。中國之訓練與指導顯著高於韓國，但台灣之社會支持顯著高於日本。不同等級對教練領導行為發現，亞洲盃選手之訓練與指導，顯著高於全國運動會，全國大專選手之訓練與指導，顯著高於全國運動會選手。二、團隊凝聚力，依序為：團體合作、團隊適應、個人親和、個人吸引。三、訓練與指導與民主行為、社會支持、正面回饋、團隊合作成正相關。
