目的:瞭解不同視覺練習次數對預測球路勝算之差異情形。方法:以北部某國立大學選修排球初級之學生共87名為參與者,研究設計是以編輯不同視覺練習次數之排球影片來測試參與者的視覺練習效能,所得資料以廣義線性混合效應模型進行統計分析。結果:一、10次視覺練習組與20次視覺練習組之預測球路勝算顯著地優於控制組。二、20次視覺練習組之預測球路勝算顯著地優於30次視覺練習組。三、20次視覺練習組之預測球路勝算,雖有大於10次視覺練習組之趨勢,但沒有顯著地優於10次視覺練習組。結論:20次視覺練習組之視覺練習效果最佳,可作為日後研究之依據。

英文摘要

Purpose: The main purpose of this study was to understand the differences of different visual practice times on odds of success in predicting directions of balls. Method: The participants were 87 students from a national university in the Northern area selecting basic volleyball skills. The study was designed to test the participants' visual practice effectiveness by editing different visual practice times of volleyball films. The data gained was statistically analyzed in Generalized Linear Mixed Effects Model. Results: A. Odds of success in predicting directions of balls from the ten-time and twenty-time visual practice groups are significantly higher than those from the control group. B. Odds of success in predicting directions of balls from the twenty-time visual practice group are significantly higher than those from the thirty-time visual practice group C. Though odds of success in predicting directions of balls from the twenty-time visual practice group tend to be higher than those from the ten-time visual practice group, they are not significantly higher than those from the ten-time practice group. Conclusion: The effectiveness of visual practice from twenty-time visual practice group is the most optimal, which can be used as the basis for study afterwards.
