本研究以圓山大飯店員工為例,旨在探討其工作壓力、職業倦怠與身心健康狀況之相互關係。本研究於以判斷抽樣調查方式針對圓山大飯店員工進行實證研究,最後共得有效問卷469份。本研究結果發現:(1)不同背景之受訪員工對工作壓力、職業倦怠與身心健康狀況,部分具有顯著差異;(2)工作壓力與職業倦怠呈現正相關;(3)工作壓力與身心健康狀況呈現正相關;(4)職業倦怠與身心健康狀況呈現正相關。本研究最後並提出具體建議,作為圓山大飯店相關部門在招募、選才、人員訓練時之參考依據。 |
英文摘要 |
This research, using the Grad Hotel, Taipei as a case study, is to study the relationship between job stress, professional burnout, and psycho-physical health. Using judgmental sampling 469 usable questionnaires were collected. The research findings are: (1) The hotel service employees with different demographic backgrounds are significantly different in their job stress, professional burnout, and psycho-physical health; (2) job stress and professional burnout are significantly co-related; (3) job stress and psycho-physical health are significantly co-related; and (4) job related burnout and psycho-physical health are significantly co-related. Findings can be used in developing criteria forhiring, in training and in management of employees. |
