本論文研究目的主要旨在探討中國歷代酒政的演化過程。本論文屬質化研究,所採用之研究方法為文獻回顧法。透過回顧歷代酒政文獻,可看出酒政是一種名符其實的酒的次生文化,基本上它是一種限制酒業和酒文化發展的副文化現象。由酒政的更替又可看出各朝朝政概況和發展,故酒政與朝政實有相當的關聯。本研究結果可作為當代政府酒政規劃與管理之參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this research is to study the evolution of wine regulations with changing Chinese dynasties. This study is qualitative research based on literature. According to the literatures associated with wine regulations of the different Chinese dynasties, wine regulations limit the development of the wine industry and wine culture. Changes in wine regulations reflect changes in policies of different Chinese dynasties. Therefore, wine regulations are closely related to politics. The results of this research can give those planning and management of wine regulations insights that facilitate doing better work. |
