本研究主要目的在驗證White(2008)所提出休閒阻礙協商模式,以大學生參與水域遊憩為例。結果顯示:協商效能愈高,其阻礙愈少、動機與協商策略則愈高;阻礙愈多則會降低協商策略以及參與;動機愈高則會提高協商策略與參與。假設結果與過去文獻大致相同,唯本研究證實阻礙會負向影響協商策略是有別於過去研究;協商策略與參與之間則無顯著關係存在。研究的結果將提供水域遊憩管理者作為推廣策略之建議與參考。 |
英文摘要 |
The purpose of this study was take the undergraduate to participate in water-based recreation to exam the leisure constraint negotiation models that White (2008) put forward. The results show that a participant having greater negotiation-efficacy leads to a higher level of motivation and negotiation, and reduce the level of constraints. More constraints were reduced the negotiation and participation. Greater motivation leads to a negotiation and participation. The results are generally support the past research, only our study demonstrates that negotiation was negatively influenced by constraints. Further the non-significant relationship between negotiation and participation. The results are suggested to be useful references for the managerial sector when setting up their managerial strategies. |
