台大醫院安寧病房繼臨床佛教宗教師本土化靈性照顧的培訓後，從2011 年8 月至2013 年6 月，接受台灣臨床佛學研究協會委託辦理「緩和醫療居家靈性關懷志工種籽師資培訓計畫」，目的在發展社區安寧志工培訓課程，共有13 名學員是來自台灣臨床佛學研究協會讀書會成員，培訓結束共完成30 份實務報告，並邀請具多年安寧照護服務經驗的專業人員共同研擬培訓課程方式，分為課堂講授、病房與居家實習，定位社區安寧志工的角色與服務內容，以因應台灣未來社區居家安寧的需要。

After training of the Indigenous Culture Spiritual Care of clinical Buddhist Chaplains at National Taiwan University Hospital (localization of clinical Buddhist Chaplains at NTUH), 13 members from the study group of the Taiwan Association of Clinical Buddhist Studies(Taiwan Clinical Buddhism Research Association) have completed 30 fieldwork records during the period from August 2011 to June 2013, as part of the ＂Volunteers of Hospice Home Spiritual Care Seed Trainers Training Program＂ sponsored by the Taiwan Association of Clinical Buddhist Studies (Taiwan Clinical Buddhism Research Association).The training program was consisted of 3 main topics including the theoretical lectures, hospital hospice onsite practice, and home care and community practice. The purpose of this program was developing the hospice volunteers' role and services to respond the needs for end-of-life care in the future Taiwan.
