「回溯療法」是近幾十年來發展出來的治療方法，從國內外文獻可發現在七、八十年前就有它的歷史背景與發展。 回溯療法是回溯過去的事件，試圖找出病因或問題的前因後果，而予以治療。回溯療法會應用一些方法如催眠治療技巧，讓患者在潛意識下回憶起更早期生活經驗，而涉及的研究範圍甚廣，可包含：入胎、出生、早期兒童經驗、前世、死後世界、接觸未來等，方法特別又不受時空限制。 回溯療法雖然有些人有不同的看法，但它的療效很廣泛，對身體上、心理上、心靈成長、生死觀、生與死的體驗、開展愛心等具有治療或正向提昇作用。

Basing on the research of the bibliography of Regression Therapy, we found that the Regression Therapy has been developed since 70 or 80 years ago. Regression Therapy is to do therapy by regressing client's past issues, and finding out the cause and effect of disease or problem. The skills of Hypnotherapy are normally used to help client recall the past experiences of subconsciousness. The research of Regression Therapy covers a wide range, including fetus, newborn baby, experience of early childhood, previous life, the world after death, contacting the future, and so on. Its skills are special and are able to transcend the limitation of time and space. Although there are different opinions on Regression Therapy, its effect seems remarkable and has positive influence on the body, mind and spirit. It is also helpful for understanding life and death and the developing of love for sentient beings according to the research.
