眼睛疑難雜症，病因複雜，病情頑固，已成為影響人們生活質量的重要因素。臨床實踐已經證實，針刺對各種疑難眼病，確有滿意的療效。李教授在承擔眼病課題同時，將多年以來，從事針刺治療疑難眼病的臨證經驗及研究的體會，進行了認真、系統總結，以供同道們參考。

The paper introduces Professor Li's some successful individual experiences on acupuncture treatment some difficult and complicated eye's disease, according to the principle of diagnosis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms and signs, strengthening the body resistance and eliminating pathogenic factors, regulation of Yin and Yang, to treat both the incidental and the fundamental at the same time and diagnosis and treatment based on the integrated traditional and western medicine.
