現今社會處處充滿壓力，壓力對人體健康造成極大之威脅。然而我們身體能量包含精氣神，若充足，則疾病已遠離。通常，身體能量的異常先於身體的異常。因此，為了防患未然，我們需要一些簡單、價廉、安全、有用的方法測試身體能量，隨時提醒自己補充宇宙能量以維護身心靈健康，O環測試法是正確的選擇。O環測試利用人體身上的器官代表點或波動共振原理，可以很輕易地判斷一個人是否生病，對某種食物、藥物是否過敏，或者適合何種食物才對身體有益，而現今流行的能量產品，也可用O環測試，分辦出該產品是否真的具有能量。O環測試法幫助我們連結了有形物質界的能量，更可深入測出情緒變化與心靈振波等無形的能量。

Our modern society is filled with the stress, which threatens our health. However, if our body energy is sufficient, then we are supposed to be able to prevent disease. In general, the abnormality of body energy precedes that of body. Hence, we should take precautions against a calamity. Namely, we need some simple and safe methods to test our body energy, which may tell us the holistic health. O-ring test is the best choice. Dr. Yoshiaki Omura, who established the O-ring test in 1981, used the Applied Kinesiology Dysfunction Localization principle and resonance principle to show muscle weakening on stimulation in an abnormal region and that the same pathological molecule of the organ is put in close proximity. We can easily determine our disease and allergy to some food and drug using O-ring test. Via the help of O-ring test, we can keep our perspective to cosmic energy including material energy, and emotional and spirit energies.
