隨著資訊科技快速發展，網際網路儼然成為重要的資訊傳遞工具，校園電子化（E化）的概念亦受到管理階層的重視，近年來所有大專院校都不斷地建立網路資訊平台，對此，木研究針對亞東技術學院所提供的資訊服務網進行探討，經由大量問卷與訪談方式來取得學生的使用評量及相關需求。整合量化與質化研究結果，應用於使用者中心概念，構思出一套符合學生需求的網頁介面設計，其大致包含動態資訊呈現、生活小幫手、心情便利貼、線上教學等功能之提供，預期達到輔助學生即時取得重要資訊及提供良好使用者間互動之需求，以及資訊服務系統的最大效用。
