The purpose of this study was to explore para table tennis athletes' perception on coaches' leadership behavior. The research approach applied to this study was the survey method with a questionnaire. The researcher took the table tennis athletes who joined the President of an association Taiwan 2011 as samples. 141 samples were effective among 129 para table tennis athletes and the rate of retrieve was 91.5 %. The statistical methods include item analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, and Scheff'e method. The findings from the analysis were summarized as follows: The scores of the athletes' perception on coaches' leadership behavior in sequence were ”training and direction”, ”award”, ”democracy”, ”caring” and ”autocratic”. Different gender and grade had no significant effect on coach leadership behavior. At last, hopefully, this study can offer some suggestions for the direction of future researches and applications in coaches' leadership and team management.
