線上支持團體已成為普遍的資訊來源，人們可以獲得相關意見、支持，尤其是罹患嚴重疾病的人。然而，相關的研究並不多，尤其是以乳癌病友為對象的研究。因此，本研究的目的在分析乳癌病友部落格的內文，以瞭解網路上的溝通情形；針對一個主要的部落格搜集資料，內容分析法進行主題的分析。結果發現病友在部落格可以分享資訊與經驗，可以尋求認同與支持，更可以娛樂別人。分析結果可提供醫療實務工作者對乳癌病友的瞭解，有助於醫療照護品質的提升。
英文摘要

Online support groups have become a popular source of information, advice and support for individuals living with a critical health conditions. However, research has not commonly focused on patients living with breast cancer. Thus, the aim of this study is to gain an understanding into the online communication through an analysis of messages exchanged with the blog of breast cancer patients. Data was collected from a blog and analyzed using thematic analysis. The results revealed that participation in the blog allowed patients to share information and experience, to seek identity and support, and to amuse others. Practical implications and further research are discussed.
