The emergence of a fundraising platform has improved the problems faced by the old entrepreneurial investors during the grassroots period. Most traditional entrepreneurial fundraising uses bank loans, making it difficult for entrepreneurs to get in touch with investors. Moreover, the process of applying for a business is trivial and complicated, and there are many variables after obtaining funds, which often causes tension between the sponsors and the entrepreneurs. The funder does not understand the entrepreneur and there are many uncertainties. The fundraising platform improves communication channels, allowing venture capitalists to have easy access to investors and faster access to capital, so that new entrepreneurs can start well in the early stages of their business. The emergence of fundraising websites is also a great boon for venture capitalists, reducing the risk of investors. This study mainly analyzes the fundraising situation of each industry before and after the establishment of the Crunchbase website, including the area where the fundraising is raised, the amount of funds raised during the fundraising period, and the situation when the company raises funds. For different situations, analyze the differences between the two times and how to choose a place or refer to which industries to target new ventures. This study shows that after the establishment of the website, the fundraising activities have increased significantly; the amount of funds raised in different regions is the largest in the United States; and the length of the fundraising period will not be raised because of the long time, and may also include The industry itself or other factors; and most of the players are re-funding, the proportion of initial public offerings is only about 10%, carefully selected regions or industry types are the key to venture capital.
