This research investigates the expatriation of Taiwan multinational company, in order to understand the most popular expatriation at the present stage. With the acceleration of the pace of internationalization, more and more women workers have the opportunity to join the task of expatriation. This study specially investigates the multinational companies's attitudes and wishes towards female expatriation. Survey results found that: managers and R&D staffs receive more opportunities than technical or administrative staff in expatriation. If female expatriate is considered by selection criteria, gender and family are more important considerations. The appearence of male candidates is considered only in the position of public relations and representatives. However, the appearance of female candidates are more considered in different positions. Managers, public relations and representatives receive better opportunities in re-entry and an enviable position and pomp.
