目的：探討融合多種方式之神經心理治療策略，治療多發性梗塞所導致複雜型注意力受損患者之成效。方法：患者為女性全職音樂老師，患有紅斑性狼瘡，於32 歲發生多發性梗塞型中風，病前功能良好。經神經心理衡鑑發現同時有空間注意力與時間注意力之多種認知部件缺損，故進行內含多種注意力訓練模式之兩階段介入計畫。本多元取向之神經心理治療共進行3 個月。結果：患者於神經心理衡鑑之多項空間與時間注意力功能指標均呈進步，在自評與家屬評估之生活能力問卷上也顯示進步。結論：腦傷患者個別差異極大，因此應為個別患者建立精準的神經心理衡鑑與適當的多層次目標之治療計劃。此雖為單一個案報告，但治療方案介入後，患者之各種注意力功能皆有明顯進步。

Objective: To discuss the effects of using multiple approaches to train complicated attention deficiency caused by multiple infarction. Methods: The patient, a female high school music teacher, has systemic lupus erythematosus and experienced a multiple infarction in July 2010. Her therapeutic plan lasts three months and uses neuropsychological assessment to evaluate her space and time attention deficiency. The plan combines several different attention-training methods in a multiple-approach training program and use progressive two-step objectives. Results: After training, the patient showed significant progress on several space and time attention indexes. Her ability to manage her everyday life activities also improved according to her self-report and family reports. Conclusion: Although this training plan was used for only one patient, it shows the application and positive outcome of a multilevel training program. The patient made significant progress after the training program.
