目的：本研究的目的為翻譯與檢驗短版健康焦慮評量（Short Health Anxiety Inventory, SHAI）中文版之心理計量特性。方法：中文版SHAI施測於包含大學生及社區樣本在內共139名的受試者。本研究檢驗中文版SHAI的內部一致性信度係數（internal consistency），再透過探索性因素分析和驗證性因素分析檢驗其因素結構。結果：研究結果顯示中文版SHAI內部一致性係數為.84。而經由因素分析，發現中文版SHAI包含「擔心得病可能性」及「災難化罹病結果」等因素。驗證性因素分析結果與相關分析結果也顯示，上述二因素與觀察資料的契合度最佳，而且中文版SHAI與其他量表的相關程度符合健康焦慮理論的預期。結論：中文版SHAI具有可接受的內部一致性信度係數，同時具有效標關聯效度與建構效度。

Objective: The Short Health Anxiety Inventory (SHAI) is a scale of good validity and reliability commonly applied in health anxiety-related research. The objective of the current study is to test the psychometric properties of the SHAI Taiwan version. Methods: The participants comprised 139 university students. The answers provided by the participants were used to test the internal consistency of the SHAI Taiwan version, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses were performed to test the factor structure. Health anxiety theory was referenced to perform a correlation analysis between the scoring system of SHAI Taiwan version and that of other scales. Results: According to the findings, the internal consistency coefficient of the inventory was .84. The factor analysis results indicated that the SHAI Taiwan Version possibly include two factors, namely, ＂concerns regarding the possibility of having illness＂ and ＂catastrophic cognitions regarding illness.＂ Additionally, the confirmatory factor and correlation analyses results indicated that these two factors achieved an optimal fit with the observational data. In addition, this study found that the correlation between the SHAI Taiwan version and other scales complied with the expectations of health anxiety theory. Conclusion: The SHAI Taiwan version achieved acceptable internal consistency, criterion-related validity, and construct validity. The results obtained in the current study were discussed and compared with those of other health anxiety-related studies.
