Objectives: To develop a Chinese version of the Milwaukee Inventory for the Dimensions of Adult Skin Picking (C-MIDAS) and verify its psychometric properties in a Taiwanese community sample. Methods: We translated the original MIDAS into the C-MIDAS by two-way translation. Then, we included 255 adult community individuals on Facebook or public areas by purposive sampling and 16 patients with skin picking disorder (SPD) in the current study. They all completed an informed consent procedure. The primary sample (N = 255) received C-MIDAS. The subsample (n = 67) of adult community individuals received the Chinese version of the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), the Chinese version of the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI), and the second time C-MIDAS two weeks later. Results: We found that a two-factor solution explained 67.55% of the variance of C-MIDAS. The C-MIDAS and its factors showed "good" to "excellent" internal constancy, test-retest reliability. The C-MIDAS showed good criterion-related validity, convergent and discriminant validities. The C-MIDAS could differentiate participants who with from without SPD showed good construct validity. The cut-off score of C-MIDAS had good sensitivity, specificity, and classification accuracy. Conclusions: We developed the first C-MIDAS with good psychometric properties. However, there were some limitations, which are discussed in the current study.

目的:本研究欲發展適用於台灣成年人的中文版密爾瓦基摳皮症量表(Chinese version of Milwaukee Inventory for the Dimensions of Adult Skin Picking, C-MIDAS),並以社區成年人樣本來驗證它的心理計量特性。方法:我們遵循雙向翻譯原則先將原英文量表翻譯為中文,並由透過臉書或現場招募的受試者中納入255位社區成年人和16位符合摳皮症診斷的病人參與研究,所有受試者皆知情同意,共有271位受試者的C-MIDAS結果被分析,其中隨機挑選的67位社區成年人受試者又接受了中文版焦慮自評量表(Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS)和中文版人際反應指標(Interpersonal Reactivity Index, IRI)以及C-MIDAS的兩週後第二次施測。結果:C-MIDAS呈現出兩個因素結構,這兩個因素共可解釋67.55%的變異量;C-MIDAS和它的因素,呈現出「好」到「極佳」的內部一致性、再測信度、好的聚斂、區辨效度;它能區分摳皮症病患和正常成年人也顯示其具有建構效度;C-MIDAS的切截分數具有「好」的敏感度、特異度以及分類正確性。結論:我們發展了具有良好心理計量特性的C-MIDAS,此外,我們也討論了本研究的限制。
