1845年薛印軒在北京編演的《煙鬼嘆》,是第一齣以「勸戒鴉片」為題材,且歷經舞臺實踐的新戲,該劇以「新編戲」的姿態標誌著其在晚清戲曲舞臺上的重要性。然而,對於這齣戲的演出內容與形式,學界卻始終呈現眾說紛紜的現象。本文藉由蒐集到的數種《煙鬼嘆》文本進行比對,發現1845年以後的《煙鬼嘆》實際上存在三種不同的情節模式。本文認為,《煙鬼嘆》在文本生成與衍變的過程中,一方面受到同樣以「時新」為特色的俗曲(時調)影響;另一方面,原以老生唱工為主的《煙鬼嘆》,至清末民初轉為以丑行表演為主。此現象也凸顯《煙鬼嘆》在晚清戲曲舞臺上的發展態勢,實際上深受演員行當的表演技藝影響。 |

In 1845 the famous actor Xue yin xuan(薛印軒) created a new plays Yan Gui Tan(《煙鬼嘆》) in Beijing. It is the first play about the subject of "quitting opium" in history of Chinese opera of the Qing Dynasty. Yan Gui Tan was famous for its "new" in late Qing Dynasty. Until now, people are still uncertain of the scripts and the form of performance. After doing a comprehensive research on Yan Gui Tan and found out there were three different versions of plot. I believe the development of the play was affected by two factors. One is Popular Tunes(俗曲(時調)) which is based on the "new" features as Yan Gui Tan ; The other is the leading role of Yan Gui Tan was played from the "senior male"(老生) to "comedian"(丑), We can say that Yan Gui Tan was adapted by many actors with every performance. |
