本研究旨在以青春雙歧桿菌MYL32和龍根菌MYL46發酵綠茶的天然產物進行檢測,探討其對阿爾茨海默症(AD)的神經保護效果。利用青春雙歧桿菌MYL32和龍根菌MYL46發酵綠茶的上清液,以ATT assay方式檢測AGT32和LGT46作為治療長期暴露於澱粉樣蛋白β(Aβ)的人類神經母細胞瘤(SH-SY5Y)粒腺體之細胞存活力。研究結果表明,AGT32和LGT46均能增強SH-SY5Y細胞活力;以AGT32和LGT46預處理的效果較後處理為佳;LGT46治療效果較AGT32佳。總之,以青春雙歧桿菌MYL32和龍根菌MYL46發酵綠茶後的天然產物,可作為預防和治療AD的潛力食品。 |

The purpose of this study was to test the natural products of green tea fermented by Bifidobacterium adolescents MYL32 and Bifidobacterium longum MYL46 to explore its neuroprotective effect on Alzheimer's disease (AD). Supernatants of green tea fermented by Bifidobacterium adolescents MYL32 and Bifidobacterium longum MYL46, namely AGt32 and LGt46. ATT assay was used to detect the cell viability of AGT32 and LGT46 as a treatment for human neuroblastoma (SH-SY5Y) granulocytes exposed to amyloid beta (Aβ) for a long time. The results show that AGt32 and LGt46 can enhance the viability of SH-SY5Y cells; the pretreatment with AGt32 and LGt46 is better than the post-treatment; the treatment of LGT46 is better than AGT32. In short, natural products fermented with green tea by Bifidobacterium adolescents MYL32 and Bifidobacterium longum MYL46 can be used as potential foods for preventing and treating AD. |
