本研究主要目的:一、探討不同性別與獎金等級選手在知覺教練領導行為與內在動機之差異。二、探討教練領導行為與內在動機之相關情形。研究對象為708位選手(男生=364、女生=344),平均年齡為19.72±2.41、球齡為6.93±4.37。在非比賽期間填寫,基本資料、教練領導行為量表與內在動機量表。研究結果發現:所有選手知覺教練領導行為在不同性別與獎學金等級並無交互作用;而內在動機在不同性別與獎學金等級有顯著的交互作用存在。最後,內在動機在知覺專制行為呈負相關,而與其他領導行為呈正相關。 |
英文摘要 |
The purposes of this study were to investigate the difference between perceived coaches' leadership and intrinsic motivation among players with different gender and scholarship status, and to examine the relationship between perceived coaches' leadership and intrinsic motivation. The participants of this study were 708 collegiate students (Male: 364, female: 344). Their average age, playing experience were 19.72±2.41 and 6.93±4.37 years, respectively. All participants completed demographic data, Leadership Scale for Sport (LSS), and Intrinsic Motivation Questionnaire (IMI) during non competition period. The results indicated that there was no interaction between perceived coaches' leadership and gender or scholarship status among all players whereas there was significant interaction between intrinsic motivation and gender or scholarship. Finally, intrinsic motivation was found positively correlated to all other coaches' leaderships but autocratic behavior. |
