本研究之目的旨在透過決策分析概念、落實決策品質的理念與實用性，選擇多準則決策研究方法之簡易多屬性評等技術權重法，探討中華職棒大聯盟運動員年度獎項決策分析。研究結果求得2007年中華職棒大聯盟最佳九人暨指定打擊獲獎名單，同時運用敏感度分析驗證評估方案決策分析結果並建構運動員年度獎項決策模式。研究結論做為決策者提升經營管理效率與強化實務運用之重要依據。

The main purposes of this study were trying to perform the concept of decision analysis in a viewpoint for managing decision quality by utilizing multiple criteria decision making methods such as SMARTER-ROC in order to figure out the actual results of athletic annual awards of Chinese Professional Baseball League (CPBL) in 2007. The results of this study were not only finding out the lists of the best ten players of each fielding position, but using sensitive analysis to attest results' viability, and eventually constructing the decision making model of athletic annual awards. The conclusions would be important consultants for decision maker to improve management efficiency and practical implements.
