本研究旨在瞭解運動賽會志願服務工作者的參與動機、參與考量因素內涵,並比較不同背景變項受試者之參與動機、考量因素差異。研究對象為2007年全國大專院校運動會(簡稱大運會)運動志願服務人員,以「運動志願服務調查量表」為研究工具,進行問卷調查。根據調查所得資料,以描述性統計、信度分析、因素分析及單因子多變項變異數分析等統計方法進行結果分析。結果發現,「奉獻服務」為2007年大運會志願服務參與者的首要動機。其次,「個人便利」則為參與志願服務之首要考量。第三,具有「運動習慣」與「運動專長」受試者在志願服務參與動機及參與考量皆顯著高於無運動習慣及無運動專長者。本文作者針對結果,提出以下結論,奉獻服務、人際發展、學習成長及重要他人為大專運動會志願服務人員參與志願服務的動機內涵,而個人便利、工作挑戰及志工福利則為志願服務考量因素內涵。而相較於性別、志工經驗及運動社團等背景變項,具有運動習慣及運動專長背景者則有不同的參與動機及參與考量。大專運動會組織於召募志願服務人力時,確實需要考量不同背景變項參與者需求,以順利獲取所需人力並減低資源浪費。 |

To identify the motivation and considering criteria for sport volunteers participating in 2007 National Intercollegiate Athletic Games (2007 NIAG) in Taiwan. The mean differences of subjects' motivation and considering criteria were examined by background variables. The data were collected by using random cluster sampling procedure, and a self-reported questionnaire was used. A hundred volunteers were selected from 2007 NIAG. Descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and one-way MANOVA were used to analyze the data. The results showed that ”dedication and service” was the strongest motives volunteering for a sport event; and ”personal convenience” was the most important criterion considering volunteering for a sport event. Significant mean differences were found in motivation and considering criteria by background variables such as ”exercise habit” and ”sport specialty”. The motivation for people to volunteer for a sport event includes four factors: ”dedication and service,” ”development and learning,” ”significant others,” and ”development for interpersonal relationship.” The criteria considering to volunteer a sport event are ”volunteer benefit,” ”personal convenience,” and ”job challenge.” Sport volunteers with different background may volunteer a sport event with different motivation and considering criteria. To recruit volunteers efficiently and effectively for a sport event, a sport organization may consider people's different needs with different background. |
