本研究主要探討國民中學體育教師工作生活品質與組織承諾之現況與關係。本研究以自編問卷爲研究工具,並以宜蘭縣、花蓮縣、臺東縣之體育教師爲研究對象,共發出研究問卷185份,回收有效問卷118份,有效問卷回收率爲63.78%,所得資料經統計分析後發現:國民中學體育教師所知覺之工作生活品質屬中上程度,其組織承諾亦爲中上程度;男性、已婚、兼任行政職務之體育教師對於工作生活品質有較高的滿意度;已婚、資深之體育教師,有較高程度的組織承諾;國民中學體育教師之工作生活品質與組織承諾有顯著正相關。 |
英文摘要 |
To increase employees' commitment and belongingness, many organizations make efforts to improve the quality of employees' working life to leverage organization efficiency. Because the junior high school physical education teachers play an important role in educating young people's minds and body, their quality of life and work also relate to their organizational commitment. Therefore, it is important to explore the impact of working life on organizational commitment. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between the quality of working life and organizational commitment of PE teachers in junior high schools. A questionnaire was developed based on a review of the literature. A total of 185 surveys were distributed to PE teachers from junior high schools in Yilan, Hualien and Taitung, Taiwan. Of that, 118 questionnaires were returned to the researcher (63.78% return rate). The results showed that: 1) The PE teachers in junior high schools believed that they have high quality of working life; 2) They demonstrated strong organizational commitment; 3) Male PE teachers who are married and have administrators' roles have perceptions of higher quality of working life; 4) Married and senior PE teachers have a stronger sense of organizational commitment; 5) There was a significant positive relationship between the quality of working life and organizational commitment among PE teachers. Further suggestions and implications were listed to be the strategies for the education departments, junior high schools, and future research. |
