當前,爲眾多企業所廣泛採用的股權激勵方法的最大問題就在於按股分配與員工個人工作業績脫節,長此下去必然影響企業經營業績。動態股權制的產生雖是一個有力的創新,但是也未從根本上解決此問題。從此目標出發,文章在建立動態股權激勵靜態模型計算公式的基礎上,圍繞模型的設計目標、業績利潤值區間對分配的影響、靜態模型對團隊行爲的影響、靜態模型的適用範圍、優點及待研究的問題等展開了較深入探討,認爲:動態股權激勵靜態模型能有效將按資分配與按績分配這兩種截然不同的激勵方式融合在一起,兼顧企業對員工的短期和長期激勵,更好地實現企業股權結構和員工分配方式的動態化,因此,該模型對於解決傳統股權激勵機制缺陷的效果更爲顯著。 |
英文摘要 |
Today, the mainly problem of the equity incentive methods used in many enterprise is the distribution by capital and not according to employee performance. So that, it must affect the enterprise perfermence in future. To this, dynamic sharing system is a very effective Innovation, but it also hasn't solved it in essence. Thus, based on the calculation formula of the dynamic equity incentive static model, many questions are deeply discussed. Such as, design target of the model, income distribution under different enployee performance and enterprise profit and loss condition, the impact of static model on team behavior, the static model's application scope, advantages and other questions to be further studied, and so on. The article drew a conclusion as follows: the dynamic equity incentive static model can integrate distribution according to performance into distribution by capital using its calculation formula. In this way, it can greatly improve the effect of the employee incentive, includes short-term incentive and long-term incentive. Besides, it can also improve the dynamic effect of the enterprise equity structures and the employee distribution mode. So, the dynamic equity incentive static model showed obvious improving effects on the treatment of the traditional equity incentive methods defects. |
