地方依附的縫補－以921大地震後的台中市霧峰區為例

地方依附為個體對於特殊地點的歸屬感，指個體與特定環境的聯結關係，強調人與環境的認知、情感與行為之正向聯結或結合。然而，當災害造成環境脆弱性時，居民對於地方依附感產生惶恐，情感聯結產生裂縫，應該如何縫補，對於當地居民的心理有著深層的重要意涵。本研究以局內人的角度（第一作者生長於霧峰）深度訪談12位居住在霧峰超過20年以上的當地居民對於霧峰區環境的地方依附關係連結。訪談結果發現，921大地震災害對於霧峰區居民依然是揮之不去的夢魘，期待政府對於霧峰區未來發展能夠有所改變的作為，參考本研究提出的地方價值建構，期能更貼近民意。自然災害把隱性的存在突顯出來，如何才能減少居民對於地震所造成的內心恐懼感以及地方疏離感非常重要，唯有創造地方環境的價值性才能縫補居民對於霧峰區的地方依附感。

Place attachment refers to the individual's sense of belonging to a particular place. It refers to the connection between the individual and a specific environment, emphasizing the positive connection of a combination of human and his environment cognition, emotion and behavior. However, when natural disaster causes environmental fragility, residents' place attachments and emotional connections may appear cracks. How to repair them has a deep and important meaning for local residents' psychology. This study intends to conduct an in-depth interview with 12 local residents who have lived in Wufeng for more than 20 years from the perspective of insiders. The results of the interview found that the 921 earthquake disaster is still a lingering nightmare for residents of Wufeng District. It is expected that the government's actions on Wufeng District's future development will be closer to the emergent local public opinion. This can be identified based on the found place values. How to reduce the residents' inner fear of earthquake hazard and place alienation is very important. Only by re-assuring the place value of the Wufeng can mitigate the residents' sense of attachment to Wufeng District.
