間接振動刺激的應用,從醫療復健到運動選手的訓練,諸多文獻認為對肌力、爆發力與肌電活動可有效提升;但也有相當數量的研究指出,振動刺激並無顯著效果,甚至對參與訓練者有產生負面影響。許多文獻常提及爆發力表現的提升與神經肌肉有關,並以張力性振動反射機制來解釋。但研究結果始終存在差異性,對振動訓練效果無法產生一致性的結論。目前有關振動刺激的研究以振動刺激造成組織間摩擦,所產生的熱能以提高肌肉溫度,使得爆發力表現增加,進而改善骨骼肌肉勁度的論點較能被大眾接受。本文透過Sport discus與Proquest-science等2大資料庫,蒐集國內外撰述與振動訓練有關爆發力表現之文獻,歸納出間接振動刺激訓練效果可能產生的生理機轉與神經機制。進而證實,一次性或長期性的振動訓練,可以有效提升肌肉的力量爆發力、發力率、與肌電的活動。然而,振動訓練對運動表現及生理反應的促進效果取決於振動刺激的負荷(振頻、振幅、振動持續時間)以及振動訓練的計畫等因素。
